  My wife had an accident near there and needed a rental . Dan at the parry sound location was amazing to deal with during as well As after … amazing customer service from him definitely 5 stars !!

  My boyfriend required a van or large SUV to get his Mother to an unexpected doctor's appointment. She is 87 and has mobility issues so the van is perfect for height. I know we didn't pre book, went in on Monday morning at opening and got something. Im greatful for having a ride, but the van was discussing! Full of dog hair, a big dog by the scratches in the back of the van. It had been in an accident, the passenger door doesn't open without catching the frame and had summer tires in March. There was a shake in the wheel at certain speeds. More than likely a bad tire and no gas in the van. On top of the vehicle being not cleaned and maintained, he paid full price for something that was not up to standard. A discount should have been offered. Do better Enterprise! We dropped off after close and texted for a receipt that he never got. We want a receipt emailed. He is going to rebook and I will adjust my rating higher if our next van rental is up to par. Also they should credit for much more gas brought back than when heading out in the morning. I rented cars for years from Enterprise. Not this location but used to better standards. Please wow me next time and I will update rating. I have a big following and reviews matter.

  Unfortunately I didn’t rent for recreation. I found myself up the creek without a paddle, or car in this case. My car took wayyy longer than it should have to repair, as in weeks, so I had to keep changing my reservation and insurance backed out and it was a complete nightmare. Dan’s level of service was incredible. He worked on short notice to get me going, heard out my situation so well that he found a better vehicle for my needs in the same price range before I’d even made it to the store, and was flexible and helpful with all the changes that had to be made. I don’t know what you’re paying him but triple it. Because of Dan, I drove through a three hour blizzard in an AWD SUV with winter tires instead of the sedan I’d originally booked. You can’t put a price on safety, but he gave me a good one. 11/10

  I received excellent service, from promptness to explanations, to cleanliness and reliability of the vehicle. I am very satisfied with my experience and will use again and highly recommend this company.
