- PLPam LoddeAug 22, 20251.0We required an emergency rental as our truck transmission failed in Parry Sound. Needed a one way rental to the Niagara Area. We were told ,from the 800 number that the local Enterprise had a truck available immediately. Once we got to the local Enterprise we were told there were absolutely no vehicles available. We were told this happens very frequently when booking through head office. There is a massive miscommunication between head office and the local rental. This needs to be corrected!!! BIG FAIL ENTERPRISE!!!!👎🏻🤬
