- ELElvis LivesJul 4, 20251.0..... posed a question about a warranty on a part .... the girl said, "let me get back to you on that" .... 1 week later .... no follow up phone call .... called back after another week, to speak to the same employee, who STILL never called me back ... and she just said, "sorry i've been busy" ... this happened multiple times in a 2 1/2 week period .... during the last follow up follow to voice my concerns, she passed along to the phone to .... super "manager" Tucker !!! .... nice ... the Tuckster then proceeds to conduct himself most in the most overbearing, and rude manner i've ever experienced ... after telling his side of the proceedings for 5 minutes, i tried to tell my side for 30 seconds .. to which he replied .... "if you keep talking, i'm going to speak over you" .... speak over me ?? .... "if you keep being rude i'm going to hang up" ... i'm being rude???? .... pot calling the kettle much ??? .... what type of business practice is this exactly Whitelaw ??? ... this is your "manager" ??? .... beyond interesting 1) i don't get a call back on a simple yet necessary question , for 2 1/2 weeks 2) i call to simply let them know, that this is unacceptable, as politely as i could ... and she passes the phone to Mr. Super Manager .... Tucker 3) Tucker tells me he will talk over me, i'm being rude, and then Mr. Super Manager Tucker ... hangs up the phone !!! ... really Tucker, really??? .... ok Whitelaw .... you've got a small monopoly in this neck of the woods on auto parts ... and it's great to defend your employees, even when they've clearly performed poorly .... but be careful of this type of conduct ... it eventually will affect your business ... i hope i'm wrong ...
