  Asked for a fuel efficient car. Small to make driving downtown easier. Was given an infinity q80 suv which is huge and wouldn't fit in most underground parking as it was too high. The trip was a disaster. Was told that was the only vehicle they had. Purposely went to the outlet a day early so arrangements could be made for a smaller vehicle. Not a happy camper.

  Dropped our rental off today with Scott. Wonderful customer service! Extremely processional, very clear about any and all rules Enterprise has in place, super friendly, made us feel comfortable, and was very supportive of our use of free will as adults. 11/10 experience, will come back here just for Scott.

  I rented a car to drive to Toronto Airport and drop off. The service by the staff was helpful and professional. Being tall, they went the extra mile to find one I would best fit in best within my budget. I also had to rent from Toronto back to Owen Sound. Again the Representation was extremely thoughtful and helpful upon returning the car. The care, service and attitude of the staff was outstanding and I will be a repeat customer whenever a rental is needed again.

  Friendly staff. Great service. Ride from home to office was of value. The car was in great working order. The check-in/check out process was quick and easy. One would however benefit for an overnight drop off service for the local office, as weekend hours are limited.
