  The staff in Owen Sound are exceptional. Wonderful customer service. The young man at the front desk was awefully busy, but he never appeared flustered. Even though he had many customers on the phone and in person, each person felt tended to. And when it was your turn he ensured that you were in good hands. You really don't see service like that anymore. I've been a return customer 3 times now. I will always return to enterprise for rentals.

  Owen Sound location did not supply service as arranged, This was possibly due to staff illness but as a business, it appears to have no contingency plan for such. Enterprise was the rental of choice for a local auto collision shop, this might change if Enterprise can not supply reliable service. The replacement staff member was friendly and helpful however, scheduled pickup did not happen due to staff shortage. The location was not even open until replacement staff could arrive. This is not the way to run a business!

  If you have the option to walk or rent from enterprise, you’d be better off taking the shoe lace express. Do not give this company your hard earned money. They will not treat you respectfully and you will pay overpriced rates for vehicles that seem nice only to find out that they only have all season tires on instead of proper winter tires. Their management staff are extremely rude and do not genuinely care about their customers.
