- MMMarcusMar 20, 20261.0Avoid this place. I brought my cube van to Expert Tire (1871 Merivale Rd, Nepean) for an oil change, engine light check, and MTO inspection. Paid about $1000 and got the truck back in worse condition. Within minutes: Engine light still on Traction control flashing Steering wheel shaking while driving Oil change reminder not reset Clearly not properly test driven (which they later admitted). When I went back, staff showed no concern. I even offered to show a video of the issue while driving and was told they didn’t want to see it. Had to take it to another shop to make sure it was safe. I contacted them before posting this review and gave them a chance to make it right They refused to reimburse and downplayed everything. Very unprofessional, especially for a vehicle that just passed an MTO inspection. Would not trust them with safety work.
