  Very friendly and informative, I had a lot of questions and I wanted them to do a check up on a few different things and they showed me and explained to me what things were good what were ok and what should be dealt with sooner than later. They were also really nice as I got lost and was late to my appointment but they still did more than I had originally booked time for. Really great team and great service.

  I went to Jiffy Tire & Lube Express after getting gouged by the dealership on rotor and pad replacements. The service here has been amazing. They were fast, efficient and very personable and friendly. Best of all, they were able to replace my rear rotors and pads for a lot less than what my dealership was going to charge me. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car! This place is great for good honest parts and service. I will definitely come here for any future services on my vehicles.

  Went to the local station at 4:20pm on October 31st to get an oil change on a F150. There is no one working outside and went indoor requesting to see if I could get an oil change. There was 2 people at the counter talking and I was advised that they close at 5:00pm and they didn't have time to do an oil change in 40 minutes. All other competitors do an oil change in 20 minutes. They could not be bothered to get off their seat and do some work. That is not great customer service. will surely not recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone.
