Wasted over an hour- they should be more knowledgeable in their core business of servicing cars; "While the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) does not mandate a maximum age for tires, it does require that all vehicle equipment be in safe operating condition." They'll do anything to skip over potential customers in face of a line up. Not the first screw up- another time, they failed to tighten all the lug nuts on one of the tires. Rattled down the street and had to do a quick u-turn to get it fixed before the wheel might fall off.
