- HCHidaya CarilloFeb 17, 20265.0New to owning a car. The past two times I've gotten oil changes (elsewhere) they changed my oil without saying anything. This is relevant, because I barely drive. So realistically, I likely did not need oil changes either of these times. When I exceeded the date on my oil sticker, I came in (here) to get my oil done. They immediately noticed that my oil was fine and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. Yes, I am naive. But they could have also EASILY charged me $107 and I never would have known or questioned it. Instead, they gave me a new sticker and sent me on my way. Very commendable business practice.

Our car has been having trouble starting lately with the cold weather and oil change light on the dash. They tested our battery, gave us advice that we would need to take a mechanic to make the change because they didn't have the required equipment to perform the change for us. Saved us a lot of anxiety and uncertainty, free of charge. This location has always been super effective and fast.

There were 3 people inside and instead of turning us away, they just turned the lights off. They couldn’t walk to us to tell us that they were closing early or were simply tired. It was childish.
