- DBDale BrownFeb 14, 20261.0Stopped in for an oil change. When they removed shield, found some leakage around the drain plug and filter housing. Told me about it, showed me some photos which I appreciate. But then closed everything up and told me I had to go back to the last place it was changed. Which was last fall. I told them I acknowledged the leak, but to go ahead and do the oil change and I’d keep an eye on it. They refused and essentially kicked me out. Beyond ridiculous. Just do the oil change, clean it up and I’ll keep an eye on it / have it inspected by the dealer if it persists. Last visit, won’t be going back.

- BBBenDec 12, 20251.0I went at that location at 8am 2025-12-12. First time at the location , ask for an oil change and check the air pressure in the tires. The oil change went surprisingly fast and I ask the employee if they did the tire check, was told yes. Left $15 tip(3 persons). Left the place but the low pressure tire light was still on. Stop at a convient place, check the air in the 4 tires and nothing had been done. So I was lied too by that employee. Went back to the garage, confronted them about the lie and had them inflate the tires correctly. You should have seen their attitude. Unfortunately because of that lie, I will not be going back at this location and because of the lie, I'm wondering if they did the oil change according to what I ask and paid for?
