  After a collision, my insurance arranged a rental with Enterprise and the team was fantastic. They picked me up, dropped me off, and even provided the same vehicle I drive daily, a BMW X3, which made a big difference. There was a small issue with the initial car, but Kaeden handled it professionally, followed up personally, and made it right by making an arrangement on my next rental. Excellent customer care, responsive team, and real accountability. Highly recommended.

  This location has been my go to location for about two years if not more now, despite it not always being the closest location to me or within pick up distance. I had only one bad experience with them (But not because it's their fault; mechanical and logistical issues) and they more than made up for it. As long as I'm living in the Ottawa region, I doubt I'll ever rent from anywhere else. Thank you Kaeden and team!!

  There is absolutely no respect. The employees don't even return greetings. I spoke to them yesterday about getting a car, and they told me it was ready. But when I went and took a taxi for 50 minutes, costing me $60, they told me there was no car available at the moment. Why do you lie to your customers? There's no respect whatsoever. I advise customers not to go there. Last year, I got a car and paid a $200 deposit, but they haven't returned my money to this day. They steal your money and then tell you to come to them, and there are no cars available.

  Overall good customer service but they lack clarity over the charges. First I was advised on call that there was no outstanding balance on my account but later they said I owe them 300 bucks. It happened to me everytime whenever I showed up at their office. As I heard the same stories from other folks who dealt with them so I won't use their services anymore.

  Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! Very friendly and efficient team. Just so willing to help, and they communicate their limitations very well to properly set expectations. Outside the customer service side, they have similar fleet related issues as you seem to get at all car rental locations... can't make any guarantees on specific vehicles and availability of certain vehicle categories. Also, why the hell doesn't Ontario mandate Winter tires?! It's difficult to get a safe vehicle with winter tires anywhere in the province
