Right before pickup, they tried to charge me $18/day for 30 days for the winter tires. When I questioned it, the manager actually said something along the lines of: “Well, if we can charge for it, why wouldn’t we? Other customers pay.” It was unprofessional, greedy, and honestly unbelievable. Very disappointing experience.
