  Appreciated that they chose a model the same as ours while it was being repaired. It was nice to drive a car that we were familiar with rather than learning new feature at a stressful time.

  My insurance company handled my reservation. When I went to pick it up at the location, I was very surprised to get a brand new (2026 VW Taos) car. Quick and zero-hassle service.

  The staff here are consistently polite, friendly, and professional. They have been incredibly accommodating, addressing every concern I’ve raised with ease. Having used this location several times now with zero issues, it remains my go to choice for car rentals. I highly recommend.

  Ace, Mateja, Othmane and Johnson, Have been amazing, I arrived in a desperate need of a vehicle all of these gentlemen assisted me the best way possible. It was an Incredibly busy morning and all these staff managed to properly take care of everyone in a respectful and swift manner. I felt incredible taken care of and respected by the staff at this location and I will be returning due to their continuous kindness and customer service. Thank you guys!

  Unprofessional, Hostile, and Lack of accountability. I had an incredibly disappointing and disrespectful experience at this location. My insurance company handled the reservation, and I called ahead to confirm. However, I was never informed—verbally or in writing—that my reservation would be forfeited if I arrived late. The issues I encountered: • Misleading Process: Upon arrival, the clerk took my ID and Visa, giving me the impression the car was being prepped. I sat for 20 minutes before discovering they had already given my car away. • Zero Accountability: When I raised the point that I was never provided with official documentation or the "fine print" regarding their arrival policy, the staff refused to take responsibility. Instead of acknowledging a communication breakdown, they tried to diminish my perspective by claiming their policy was "common sense." • Hostile Environment: When I stood my ground, four employees ganged up on me. Rather than acting as professionals, they became defensive and argumentative, effectively ganging up on a client to deflect from their own lack of service. • Dismissive Treatment: They attempted to invalidate my concerns as a customer simply because I hadn't rented before, ignoring the fact that the onus is on the business to provide clear terms—not on the customer to guess them. It is unacceptable for a staff to behave like a "pack" to silence a customer’s valid complaint. This location lacks basic communication skills and professional integrity. Avoid at all costs.
