  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The staff was very helpful throughout the process. I really liked their pickup and drop-off facility — it was convenient and saved me time. Highly recommended!

  I was also part of this rental with my family and I want to share our experience because this issue has still not been resolved after six months. Manpreet had already sent multiple emails to Enterprise, but there was no response at all. After that, we called and was told that the case would be escalated. We waited for about a month and nobody reached out to us. We called again and once again was told the same thing that the case would be escalated to the area manager. At that point, we clearly said that the call would not be disconnected until we received written confirmation that the case had actually been sent to the area manager. We were then placed on hold for nearly an hour. After waiting that long, an email confirmation was finally sent saying the case had been escalated to area manager, and then Enterprise just hung up on us. After that email again, no response. No update. No resolution. I was pregnant at the time of this trip in August, and spending 2.5 days(in very small rural area) in a motel with no food delivery service, while it was very cold, was extremely frustrating and stressful. Enterprise has no idea how their customers are suffering because of their poor handling and lack of timely response. Manpreet has already posted a review here, and Enterprise replied asking us to go to their website and submit details again. It has now been six months. If there was a genuine intention to resolve this matter, it should have already been resolved. Enterprise already has all our information, rental details, phone records, and email history. We should not have to keep repeating the same information again and again. I am attaching some of screenshots of previous communication for reference and we have more to share.

  We were stuck in Wawa, Ontario for 2.5 days after our Enterprise rental vehicle broke down due to a mechanical issue. During this time, we had to pay for 3 days of hotel and food, which cost us about $550 out of pocket. From the first day of picking up the car, we were told the total rental cost would be about $700, and they also charged a $300 security deposit. For some reason, the payment didn’t go through properly, and they ended up charging us $600 in total. Despite the huge inconvenience, we were only given $100 reimbursement. Enterprise customer service repeatedly assured us on recorded calls that we would be reimbursed for our expenses, yet it has now been 6 months (since August) and there has been no proper resolution. I was communicating with the branch rental manager from 1788 Bank Street, Ottawa, but he stopped replying completely. No accountability, no explanation, no resolution. If Enterprise does not intend to reimburse customers fairly, then your support team should stop giving false promises, especially when customers are stranded due to mechanical failures in your vehicles. Giving false hope and then ignoring customers for months is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Very disappointing service and extremely poor customer care.
