  I am Enterprise Loyal Customer and I wish I could give a negative review for this location. I booked a full size car on 8th October, 2025 on Thursday for which I got an old Ford Escape with 60000+ kms on it with lots of existing scratches on it and with fuel remaining for 519kms till empty i.e. 75% of tank full. When I went on highway with this car the front bumper was vibrating so bad and felt so loose that anytime it could have opened up and rammed through the front wind shield onto me and my family's face. Fingers crossed that didn't happen but a major safety concern on that one. At this point when i returned the car the fuel remaining was for 531kms till Empty i.e. more than what I took it out for. I returned the car on the same day after hours through key drop-off service rather than next day as I did not want to have any risks longer on this life risky a car. The next day the guys don't even call or text or anything to let know they have received the car. Upon my wife calling back we get to know they are charging me some more money for the gas being less then what I took the car for initially!!!!!!! The whole scenario was bizzare and crazy... Me, my family and my friends have been loyal enterprise customers. We all live in barrhaven but none of us are ever going to rent a car from this location ever and maybe if we experience a similar issue again from anywhere else I am not even going to use Enterprise at all. Lots kf better options are available in the market for much better value for money. I really hope enterprise digs into this and take actions for such a service.

  I made a reservation one month in advance for a pick up truck. 20 minutes before the reservation was to start, I received a phone call saying the truck needed new tires and would not be ready for me at the time I had specified. I was offered a choice of two different SUVs. I reluctantly accepted one of the SUVs and then was told that it would not be ready until the following day, and asked if I wanted the other option. I did not, as it was much different than the initial pick up truck I had reserved. The next morning I called to see when I would be able to pick up the rental, and was told that I would get a call back when they have a vehicle ready for me. 5 hours later, I hadn’t received any call so I tried calling and no answer. I called the customer line, spoke to a very helpful woman who switched my reservation to the location at 550 Dealership Drive, and within an hour I was able to pick up a truck. The team at 550 Dealership Drive were much more helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them as opposed to the Prince of Wales location.

  I made a reservation for a mini van for my family, and especially called beforehand to confirm if the mini van vehicle can be guaranteed. The representative ensured me the vehicle reserved has no any problem. When I went there to pick up the vehicle, I was told they can not find the mini van. They gave me a large SUV which I do not need. Sigh!

  Called in advance. Was assured someone would be there at 4:45. No one to be found. Was stranded. Completely unprofessional.
