  I called at the given number and there was a lady who picked up call. i was inquiring about something and she wasn’t even interested in giving me information. She just said no we do not and that’s it. That’s very unprofessional to talk to somebody. Hire someone who is more professional and really like what they are doing. That lady is easily replaceable i believe. Hope you understand

  Poor performance repairs don’t bring your car here they change my front bumper but its not put properly or wrong item they said they can’t warranty it anymore because i have a front lip in my car or modification but i just recently put that front its been a year since the repair mistake they do in my car. This is not gonna happen if they repair it properly in the first place!

  Scott Talbot with Assured at Myers Volkswagen provided the most professional service. He was proactive in updates of scheduling and informative of the process. Scott is honest, as well as caring about customer needs and satisfaction. When I picked up my 2015 VW Golf, I didn’t recognize it as it looked like a brand new vehicle. On top of being delighted with the quality of work, I was overwhelmed with gratitude as an extremely sentimental ring that I thought I lost was sitting in the cup holder. A big shout out to the Detailing Crew for their thorough job and honesty. Thank you Assured for an amazing experience!
