  I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Samantha and the entire team at Assured Automobile for their outstanding customer service. More than a year after my car’s trunk was repaired following an accident, I discovered an issue with the lock system. When I contacted Samantha, she was courteous, attentive, and immediately arranged for me to visit their body shop. The team there quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes — all covered under their lifetime warranty. I was deeply impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction.   Scott Talbot with Assured at Myers Volkswagen provided the most professional service. He was proactive in updates of scheduling and informative of the process. Scott is honest, as well as caring about customer needs and satisfaction. When I picked up my 2015 VW Golf, I didn’t recognize it as it looked like a brand new vehicle. On top of being delighted with the quality of work, I was overwhelmed with gratitude as an extremely sentimental ring that I thought I lost was sitting in the cup holder. A big shout out to the Detailing Crew for their thorough job and honesty. Thank you Assured for an amazing experience!

  I had an excellent experience at Assured Concordia West. Our car was repaired quickly and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. A big thank you to Courtney at the front desk for being so helpful, professional and friendly. She made everything easy. I also want to thank Sam for the fantastic repair work and frequent updates. I felt our car was in good hands. The repair work looks great and was done faster than expected. Highly recommend this location for their great service and efficiency!

  Flawless Repair & Excellent Service! I can't recommend Assured Condordia West enough! My front bumper repair/collision work, looks absolutely perfect—the paint match is seamless and you can't even tell there was any damage. Beyond the quality of the work, the team was fantastic & Excellent Service Ricky Machielsen! of a staff member, kept me updated throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful experience completely painless. Five stars! If you need body work done right the first time, this is the place to go. Thank you to the entire team!   It took a little bit longer to get my vehicle back (due to incorrect/incomplete parts being delivered to the shop), however they were very forthcoming with every single step in the process and I understood that the delay was not the fault of anyone at Assured. I would absolutely recommend having them repair your vehicle - very friendly, extremely helpful and professional.
