I was upset because of what happened to my vehicle, but became instantly happy once I walked in the doors of Assured. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. I explained my situation, and Assured staff worked hard to get my vehicle repaired in the amount of time that they have. It took less than a week (6 days) for the repair of my vehicle! This has been a 10 on 10 experience, and I wouldn’t change any part of it. At Assured, I felt seen and heard. Nothing beats that! I would recommend this establishment to anyone :)
