  I was recently rear ended and the situation was extremely stressful for me. The stress ended once my insurance connected me to Assured Bel-Air. From the estimate, to dropping off my car, to picking up my car: every person I spoke to was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer my many questions. Whole my car was in for the insurance claim, I had some paint redone on the vehicle that I paid for out of pocket. The final bill was lower than the estimate I received by phone. Not only was the service fast and wonderful and well priced, but they even took care of the rental return for me! Seriously, beyond 5 stars for this shop and I would absolutely recommend using them for your auto repair needs. Thank you so much Assured Bel-Air!

  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty and professionalism demonstrated by this Branch. There is no consistency in the communication between the employees and the manager, and each person provides a different explanation for the same issue. I was repeatedly given inaccurate and misleading information, which strongly suggests false statements rather than genuine updates. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and a complete loss of trust. Based on my experience, I do not recommend dealing with this company.

  Had my windshield replaced here about a year and a half ago, and it recently cracked without any impact. When I called, they blamed “weather change” and said it wasn’t their problem. The interaction felt rude and dismissive, and it honestly seemed like they didn’t care or want to help. What really disappointed me is the warranty wording. Their website promotes a “lifetime warranty,” but I was then told the windshield is only covered for one year. If that’s the policy, it should be clearly stated up front. I’m still waiting on a response, and I’m willing to update this review depending on how they handle it. As of now, I’m very disappointed with the quality and the way this was handled.
