  Dear, Owner ​I am writing to detail my recent, deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience with your body shop. My issue concerned the faulty initial repair work on my car's hood, which ultimately took me almost three full months and significant personal effort to finally have corrected. ​The unacceptable length of this process was due entirely to your staff’s refusal to acknowledge their mistake. To get the job done correctly, I was forced to: ​Send multiple emails to my insurance company. ​Make four separate visits to your shop. ​Endure weeks of staff continually denying that the initial repair was incomplete or subpar. ​While the car is finally fixed, all of this stress and wasted time could have been avoided had your employees simply admitted the poor quality of the work from the start. They chose instead to waste both my time and their time trying to convince me a "half job" was acceptable. ​I urge you to properly train your employees on accountability and customer service. Customers should not have to fight for months to get the work they paid for done properly. This is not just a review; it was truly unfair, and I sincerely hope you do not take this experience for granted and address the fundamental issues in your customer service process. ​Sincerely,

  They ruined my car bumpers, they look worst then after the accident. Not only do the bumpers not fit the paint job doesn't match and paint dripped onto the black part of my bumper. I wanted to add after my visit back to the shop to discuss how they can fix their error, the body shop manager is trying to tell me that my original Mazda bumper never matched the rest of my car! He was telling me every new car paint never matchs everywhere and will always have paint dripping from somewhere onto the black textured part of the bumper. He is obviously delusional tfor trying to blame Mazda for not painting my original car evenly.

  Staff is very friendly and the team did a great job fixing my rear bumper from a fender bender. It was a lot of work but they exceeded my expectations

  I wanted to like this place because it was "preferred" according to insurance companies. They did a fine job on the repair, but their communication and organization is quite terrible. For example, after misquoting me (50% less than the final price), they began the job with the more expensive parts before getting confirmation to begin from anyone involved (myself or the insurance company). After the deductible was paid, it was confirmed by both the shop and insurance company - yet somehow, I still received numerous calls and emails stating a deductible is still required.
