    Had my windshield replaced here about a year and a half ago, and it recently cracked without any impact. When I called, they blamed “weather change” and said it wasn’t their problem. The interaction felt rude and dismissive, and it honestly seemed like they didn’t care or want to help. What really disappointed me is the warranty wording. Their website promotes a “lifetime warranty,” but I was then told the windshield is only covered for one year. If that’s the policy, it should be clearly stated up front. I’m still waiting on a response, and I’m willing to update this review depending on how they handle it. As of now, I’m very disappointed with the quality and the way this was handled.

    An car accident repair isn’t a fun experience. But, in this case, Craig and Patricia were so kind and professional. The technicians did a super great repair job on our car. So yes, this « experience » was a good one, can’t be happier. Thank you! Really impressed by the whole process, what h was flawless and quick.

    Dear, Owner ​I am writing to detail my recent, deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience with your body shop. My issue concerned the faulty initial repair work on my car's hood, which ultimately took me almost three full months and significant personal effort to finally have corrected. ​The unacceptable length of this process was due entirely to your staff’s refusal to acknowledge their mistake. To get the job done correctly, I was forced to: ​Send multiple emails to my insurance company. ​Make four separate visits to your shop. ​Endure weeks of staff continually denying that the initial repair was incomplete or subpar. ​While the car is finally fixed, all of this stress and wasted time could have been avoided had your employees simply admitted the poor quality of the work from the start. They chose instead to waste both my time and their time trying to convince me a "half job" was acceptable. ​I urge you to properly train your employees on accountability and customer service. Customers should not have to fight for months to get the work they paid for done properly. This is not just a review; it was truly unfair, and I sincerely hope you do not take this experience for granted and address the fundamental issues in your customer service process. ​Sincerely,
