  They recently replaced my damaged rear bumper, and the technician’s workmanship was excellent. They also kindly cleaned my car thoroughly. When I pointed out a concern about my in-car charger, the manager, Dave, immediately offered a practical and reasonable solution, which really impressed me with his client-oriented attitude and professionalism. Fortunately, it turned out there was no issue with the charger at all. I truly hope their business continues to grow in the new year—they deserve it.

  I had the unfortunate luck to be the victim of a hit and run. I came to Assured for an estimate and John was able to fix my problem on the spot free of charge and offered excellent advice! I would highly recommend this body shop for any and all needs. Their customer service is top notch!

  Substandard. Pathic. Nasty . I could not believe the substandard pathic nasty work that was done on my 2016 Mazda 3 GT - jet black. It was sent to Assured Orleans South Collision through my Insurance Company for a minor fender bender. Rear quarter panel on the passenger side It looks like a 2 year old did paint and finishing job. If you love the swirl effect you will love the work they did on my Mazda. From the whole rear fender area up and over the pillar that runs over both passenger doors nothing but nasty swirls marks. Looks like a 2 year old took a brillo pad to it. NO excuses are accept for this. And even the clear coat is dull in most of the fender area thanks to the swirl marks. And if you love the look of a spider's web effect , then you'll love the look of my rear passenger door..Beautiful "NOT" . Now lets talk about the damage they did to the driver's side pillow that runs above driver's door and passenger door.. Major scratches. Talk about add injury to insult, it looks like someone keyed it, as there are two straight lines running from over the passenger door and over the driver's door. then major scratches like claw marks going upwards toward the rubber strip on the roof.. who knows what they have done to the roof .. and "NO" these scratches were not on my car as they are at my eye level and I would have noticed them before the car was flat bedded to them. Oh and a nice chip out of my passenger door on the driver's .. To me this proves they don't give a "@#$% " about the quality of work they and the total disrespect toward the vehicle to allow this to happen. SO what does this mean .. it means my Insurance company has had to put me back into a rental and send my Mazda 3 GT to a "REAL" body shop and having to pay again to have everything Assured Orleans South Collision did to it .. undone and redone. And also have to go to the expense of repairing the damage that was done to my driver's side door pillar and the chip out of passenger door.
