  Assured Bel-Air took in my vehicle after being reversed into by a School Bus late last week. 30Mins after the accident Assured's front office staff made sure i was taken care of and already had a rental vehicle ready for me for the weekend, which i really appreciated. It felt like my vehicle was in/out in no time and it looks like the day i bought it! Thanks to the team at Assured Bel-Air for taking care of me and my vehicle in a stressful time. 5 Star Service all around.

  I was recently rear ended and the situation was extremely stressful for me. The stress ended once my insurance connected me to Assured Bel-Air. From the estimate, to dropping off my car, to picking up my car: every person I spoke to was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer my many questions. Whole my car was in for the insurance claim, I had some paint redone on the vehicle that I paid for out of pocket. The final bill was lower than the estimate I received by phone. Not only was the service fast and wonderful and well priced, but they even took care of the rental return for me! Seriously, beyond 5 stars for this shop and I would absolutely recommend using them for your auto repair needs. Thank you so much Assured Bel-Air!

  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty and professionalism demonstrated by this Branch. There is no consistency in the communication between the employees and the manager, and each person provides a different explanation for the same issue. I was repeatedly given inaccurate and misleading information, which strongly suggests false statements rather than genuine updates. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and a complete loss of trust. Based on my experience, I do not recommend dealing with this company.
