I was told because it was a business car I could not use the coupon Great Canadian emailed me. The checklist is shown in the photo. It states the lights, wiper blades were checked and the tires are set to 35. None of these were checked or questioned. I was asked if I knew how to reset the oil life which I did. I can only trust that the items like brake fluid was checked and the sealed items are just that sealed. The vehicle beside me did have the lights checked and was questioned about the wipers. So I guess it depends on the technician. The other thing I noticed and it may no longer be done in these quick lube places, is a verification with the technician below. Having just spent $235 i will make sure to wait for the dealer next time as they are actually cheaper. I just did not have the time to get an appointment this time. Lesson learned.
