    The 3 stars go to the customer service girl who accomodated me for all the inconviences, the last one star goes to the cleaner detailer, they did a lousy job of cleaning the car and just simply put it backninto service for other customers to deal with.

    Very nice staff ....they went above and beyond in making sure i had a replacement vehicle to drive after not liking the the car they gave me at first...definitely will use them again if I ever have to

    Absolutely shocked by how we were treated at this branch. We picked up a rental and drove less than 20 km before the check engine, traction control, and ABS warnings all came on. The vehicle then displayed a “complete brake system failure – do not drive” message and limited the speed to 80 km/h. To be clear, I understand mechanical issues can happen that part is not the reason for this review. It’s everything that followed. I contacted the branch immediately to report the issue and arrange a tow and replacement vehicle. I was told I would need to handle the tow truck entirely on my own because I didn’t purchase additional insurance through Enterprise. On top of that, I was told the vehicle would need to be diagnosed before I could even be considered for another rental which very much came across as if I was being blamed for the issue. Because it was 5:15 PM, I was also told I would likely not be getting another vehicle that day since I’d have to wait for a tow truck first. So to summarize... I’m stranded over 30 minutes from home in a vehicle I don’t own, being told to figure it out myself, while the branch treats it like it’s no big deal. I asked to speak with a manager, expecting some level of support, understanding or resolution, but that only made things worse and added to my frustrations. The manager was extremely combative, offered no real solutions, and carried a very dismissive “not my problem” attitude. Thankfully, I work in the automotive industry and have contacts at another branch who were able to help and in fact even stayed late to make sure i was taken care of.. I honestly can’t imagine how someone without those connections would have handled this situation because it was incredibly frustrating and stressful. Completely unacceptable experience

    Take your own photos and videos of the car on the lot beforehand. I made the mistake of trusting their 30 second walk-around with us. My fiancé discovered a small crack on the bumper less than 24 hours after picking up a rental from them, took a photo in case - when we went to return the car 2 months later they noticed the crack, told me my timestamped photo was irrelevant because it was the day after picking the car up, and told me to open a claim with my insurance to pay for it. I asked if they had photos/videos of the vehicle from beforehand, and of course they don’t take any. Needless to say I will be disputing this. (we were sent here by my insurance after a no-fault accident while my car was being repaired)

    I had a very poor experience at this branch. Katelynn at the front desk was dismissive and claimed she couldn't find my portal information without an ARMS number, even though my insurance claim number should have been enough. She could have easily reached out to my insurance company to verify the details and get it sorted, but she chose to be unhelpful instead. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist was frustrating. I ended up leaving and found much better service at another rental company nearby.
