  The people that work for Enterprise were absolutely great. I had no issues with them whatsoever but the vehicles you have are absolute junk. I wouldn't recommend the Ford Bronco to anybody to drive a vehicle like that. Terrible cardboard box. And most all other vehicles are foreign vehicles which I don't have any use for. The only other was a Ford truck and I don't care for Ford either. It was my insurance company that paid for the rental. So really I don't really give a rats but personally I wouldn't go back there specifically for the reason you charge to have of snow tires on a vehicle which is ridiculous. In the winter you should have snow tires. For what you charge for the rental per day and then add on $17 a day for snow tires? That's ridiculous. I would never rent a vehicle from you personally and I've always noticed when somebody rates you good. You say thank you.   I am completely satisfied with my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This was my first time renting with them, and both the check-out and check-in processes were smooth and hassle-free. The customer care executive was friendly and professional, the car was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely choose Enterprise again in the future

  Clean vehicles and excellent customer service. This time around I rented a Trailblazer for almost two weeks while my aging Dodge Ram was getting engine repairs. I had a great experience dealing with all the staff, especially Jaiden, C. J., and Shaf. Great work gentlemen! See you all next time.

  On November 9th, I was involved in a serious accident, and my insurance company arranged and covered a rental vehicle through Enterprise. My claims adjuster informed me that I would be able to take over the rental payments once my settlement was issued. The insurance company stopped paying for the rental as of November 22nd, 2025. Because I had not yet secured a new vehicle, I continued to use the rental for an additional 10 days. During this period, Enterprise staff contacted me twice by phone. On one of those calls, I spoke directly with a representative and explained that I still required the rental, but I would attempt to return it the following morning. I also mentioned that this would be challenging due to my work schedule (7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.). When I returned the vehicle, I was met with hostility and rudeness. Your staff claimed they had been trying to reach me “for weeks,” which is untrue based on the communication I actually received. Their tone and behaviour were loud, unprofessional, and took place in front of other customers. Another staff member—the one who drove me home—expressed sympathy and stated that he also did not understand the level of unprofessionalism displayed by his colleagues. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed properly, as the treatment I received was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service I expect from Enterprise. Thank you.

  It was so nice of Enterprise to pick me from my residence for the rental I had booked. Cute car and friendly staff! They are good at maintaining high standards of fairness, courtesy and professionalism.
