  I rented a car twice from here the past month. The staff that work here are so nice and helpful and accommodating. The vehicles were clean and in great condition. very comfortable and easy experience. The shuttle drivers are wonderful as well and were very accommodating.

  Manager needs to be let go at this point, as there has been many bad reviews on her behaviour and rudeness to customers that are emotional distress, stressed regarding there situation and in stranded situations. I have my CAA to reserve a rental for me as my car broke down and was stranded over 2 hours away from my home. I called into enterprise Bloor location on Wednesday Feb 11th 2025 at 4:30pm or so to make sure that the vehicle is confirmed for pick up. The first representative was nice and said yes. I did mention to the representative I was over 1hr away from location and there is a snow blizzard, I asked the representative before I travelling all the way there, as to if I am late what happens can they stay a little past time. She said as long as it’s not more than 5 mins past closing. I said ok perfect, I am on my way! So I got a ride from Lindsay Ontario to Oshawa Bloor to pick up the rental. I called when I was 12 minutes away from location and then spoken to a a female manager, she said to me “like why you calling me telling me this?”. I explained to her as to why, she became extremely rude, degrading me as a person and had zero respect and sympathy for my situation, she actually said to me on the phone “ya I don’t care, and that’s to bad for you” after I told her if I do not have this vehicle I will be stranded in Oshawa, please I will be there. I got there on time and she closed her shop looks like earlier then 6pm as there was no one in any cars, the lights were closed and etc. For sure they left earlier there is no question. Anyone who worked for retail or customer service jobs knows there is always paper work debit cash till takes time to close and we don’t walk out of the location on time or etc before closing. But Yes! the doors will be closed and etc, but still be there working. You cannot have all the paper work the cash till etc done before 6pm that’s not possible only if you planned on leaving before 6pm and closed the cash till debit closing and paper work done and clocked out before 6pm then that makes sense why the place is close before I got there, But my biggest complaint is her actions and how she spoken to me. I hope to god, the conversation is recorded. Also advise staff to not give false hope to someone travelling from far away. I spent a lot of money on travel and to getting there on time and then being stuck away from home and my baby girl at home with her grandma without her mother. Staff should never tell someone it’s ok to be a little late if you are and we can wait little pass time, if they know it’s not possible. Horrible! I have done a massive complaint to head office waiting on someone higher up to get involved regarding this female manager at this location and staff as, It’s disgusting behaviour from the manager and staff giving false hope. This needs to be action on right away. The woman manager at this location cannot have these many horrible reviews on google and still work at any enterprise locations, This shouldn’t be allowed.

  Hi . Picked up a rental at this location this morning . I was literally in and out and driving away in my rental in well under 10 mins. Lisa who dealt with me was fantastic. She knew her stuff and made it all look too easy . My go to for future rentals. Thanks Lisa . Gerry M

  Rented a mini van for a family trip to Quebec and the vehicle was great and reliable, and the staff were exceptional. Great service all around. Glad to have a good enterprise close to home.
