On Saturday morning, Omer and his coworker (sorry I forgot to get his name) , their energy and professionalism was at the highest level, these young kings will go far in life.     I was extremely impressed by the ease and efficiency of the rental process at Enterprise’s Vanguard location in Orleans, Ontario. The rental team was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the initial and extension processes. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends in need of a rental vehicle.

    Every time I need to rent a car, I go to Enterprise. Convenient locations all over the city, friendly customer service, good prices and well maintained vehicles. The best part is their online booking system, which allows to make changes anytime. Thank you for keeping the high level of service!

    Edit: manager was professional and explained the mistake - corrected the issue. Im used to rentals being clean when I pick them up. Apparently this location doesn't do so. If they were open I'd drop it off and take my business elsewhere, but I'm stuck with it. Time to clean my rental car!
