When I got to the bay, I noticed an A4 piece of paper saying this lane is only for oil change. I spoke with someone and they said there is nothing they can do for me. I think this is bad management. not putting a decent size sign or not having someone checking with clients to ensure they are in the right spot. I used this location in the past but not anymore!! Answer to your reply below: Thanks for your reply. I did not see the signs you are talking about in your answer below. Please feel free to post them here if possible. Also, for the whole time I was there, NOBODY came outside to greet clients or ask them what services they are looking for.
