  I met Jacxsen during his time as an Enterprise location manager in Sudbury, and he went out of his way several times to take care of my truck rental requests. I have since used his services exclusively, and he helped me arrange truck (and car) rentals for my employees and even out of the country. Jacxsen is one of those legendary people who have found their calling in life, and truly love what they do. His impeccable punctuality, promptness, and above all, simply caring, is what brings me to do business with him time and time again. Even though he now changed cities, I still have him on speed dial for all of my car and truck rental needs. It is only because of him that I am currently a loyal Enterprise customer.   These guys are doing a fantastic job. It’s a rare mix of responsibility, professionalism, and genuine kindness. To me, a real professional is someone who can resolve difficult situations quickly and effectively—and that’s exactly what happened here. In this business, things can go wrong unexpectedly. Trucks are machines, and sometimes they break down with no warning. On the morning of my booking, Jacxsen texted me right away to let me know that the truck I had reserved had broken down. Instead of leaving me stranded, he immediately started looking for a replacement. A few hours later, he managed to secure another truck for me. It took some extra time, but the team worked hard to make sure my plans weren’t ruined. Thanks to their effort, I was able to finish all of my work as planned and even more.
