Booked a car 2 days before I was to pick it up. The night before the pickup date they call me to tell me they don't have anything available.
They were polite about it which I appreciate, but the extremely short notice has left me in a very difficult position.
I usually have great experiences with the company, but this is a really annoying occurrence and makes me think again before using this branch as this is the only time it's happened to me.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Orleans. Two days ago, I made a car reservation online — everything went through smoothly, and the website even showed cars available. However, just a few minutes later, I received a call from someone at the branch saying they were fully booked and that my reservation couldn’t be honored. I was told I’d be put on a waitlist, but no one ever called me back.
This morning, I tried again and made another reservation, hoping things would be different. Unfortunately, the same thing happened — I received another call shortly after booking, only to be told once again that there were no cars available. It’s incredibly frustrating to see vehicles listed as available online when in reality, there are none.
If Enterprise can’t actually guarantee availability, their website should reflect that honestly instead of giving customers false hope and wasting their time. I understand that things can get busy, but this lack of communication and reliability is really unacceptable. After being let down twice in a row, I’ll definitely be reconsidering where I rent from in the future.

I made a reservation this early afternoon.
Half an hour later got a call saying they are sold out- even though on website it was saying differently and I had my reservation confirmed..
I called the office and a representative was very surprised ams promised that manager will personally take care about this issue and they will find em a car..
Noone called me and while I checked their website it shows cars are available but at a higher rate as my original booking.
The impression that company is actively trying to mil the customers at any cost at any occasion.
Later same day after my review i received an email and a text confirming I have a reservation) . This morning I decided to make sure I dont go for nothing i call the rental office- they ensure my car is waiting for me. But when i got there I hear a Story that I am wait listed and they dont have a car for me.
On my question why on website cars show available - " oh the system doesnt know that some cars are due ro oil change"..
Sounds like I wasted my time and money to uber to get lied.
