    Worst rental ever! I’ve been a loyal client for years and since one year I never got what I booked! Today they let me coming with a Uber to tell me the car was not available anymore. No message no text no call. Will never rent with them anymore.

    The Embriun, ON, location has very nice staff. The car they loaned me was a very nice looking and clean Toykta Camery. Everything was covered by the insurance because my car was totaled in an accident but they have this thing that's Extra Protection. This Extra Protection cost you $30 a day and is not covered by your insurance so it ended up costing me over $500, out of pocket.
