  Late last year I went into Northern Transmission as I believed my transmission was going. It was taken out for a test drive. The gentleman told me it was just starting to go, but because of almost 400,000 on the Lexus, he advised me to keep driving it until it gives up. He stated the car, being a 2009, and the mileage it wasn’t worth putting in a new transmission. Where do you get that kind of service anymore? Being a female and not knowing very much about transmissions, he could have easily soaked me, but he didn’t. He was honest and straight forward! That is why they deserve 10 stars out of 5!

  Had my transmission go bad in my 2017 silverado, steve told me the job could be done in a day or 2 no problem. dropped off the truck at 8am and was done same day by end of day. these guys know chev and gm transmissions like no one around. new transmission, upgraded torque converter and disabled V4 mode. truck has never run better and i have better fuel economy with the upgrades than i did when it ran with V4/V8 mode. steve and mike and the guys know transmissions and will fix you up. fast service, price very fair, better service than you’re gonna get at any dealership.

  Just got my 2019 Escape back from the shop and runs just like new. Steve and the team were awesome and polite and zero pressure and zero surprises. The price was quoted from the start and followed up true to his word. Taking it back in a few weeks for a routine spot check as per Steve and couldn’t be more happier knowing what I was going to spend on a brand new SUV compared to having Steve and the team make our current one road worthy again. If transmissions are to repaired I only would recommend NTP and the team. Thanks Guys Jeff

  Steve's a straight shooter. Since my GMC 6 speed repair and billet torque converter replacement, along with disabling the V4/V8 mode my transmission performance has been flawless. Thank you.
