After waiting 2 hours for a tire change, I later discovered the tires were installed incorrectly — different brands on each side of the car. When I returned, the staff confirmed it was their mistake, but instead of fixing it right away, I was told to wait in line again behind other cars. This is unacceptable. Customers should not have to waste additional time correcting a service error made by the shop. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

The car wash has been broken down for a while and I used to use it all the time. Now I have to drive across town to do my weekly car wash instead of counting on this quick and convenient option.

Needless to say the service is incredible, I will 100% be coming to this location for all of my oil changes. The employees seem very knowledgeable, experienced and professional ready to help.
