  Had my transmission go bad in my 2017 silverado, steve told me the job could be done in a day or 2 no problem. dropped off the truck at 8am and was done same day by end of day. these guys know chev and gm transmissions like no one around. new transmission, upgraded torque converter and disabled V4 mode. truck has never run better and i have better fuel economy with the upgrades than i did when it ran with V4/V8 mode. steve and mike and the guys know transmissions and will fix you up. fast service, price very fair, better service than you’re gonna get at any dealership.

  Just got my 2019 Escape back from the shop and runs just like new. Steve and the team were awesome and polite and zero pressure and zero surprises. The price was quoted from the start and followed up true to his word. Taking it back in a few weeks for a routine spot check as per Steve and couldn’t be more happier knowing what I was going to spend on a brand new SUV compared to having Steve and the team make our current one road worthy again. If transmissions are to repaired I only would recommend NTP and the team. Thanks Guys Jeff

  Steve's a straight shooter. Since my GMC 6 speed repair and billet torque converter replacement, along with disabling the V4/V8 mode my transmission performance has been flawless. Thank you.

  Had a transmission light show up on my car and called Steve to ask for help. He told me to bring the vehicle in and he would check the code. I did this and within a few minutes he informed me of the code and issue. Excellent customer service to diagnose the issue so I knew what I was up against. Thanks Steve and my CAA driver too.
