  * Beware * Do not bring your vehicle to this location. They infact do not offer a warranty after causing major issues to my vehicle. The owner and corporate will do everything in their power to point the blame at you. Use a local mechanic not fly by night quick lube!

  Disappointed and frustrated by my visit. I arrived and was greeted by a technician who told me there would be a 10-15 minute wait which was fine. There was a pickup truck in the bay ahead of me and another vehicle in the adjacent lane that went in a few minutes after I arrived. A solid 45 minutes later, with no explanation for the delay, with the pickup truck in front of me still sitting there and multiple technicians fluttering around it with a cart full of oils and fluids showing no sign they were finishing anytime soon, I gave up and left. Maybe I'll try again some day. A shame because I had a 20% off coupon I'd have been happy to use. Edit: two weeks later, no response from owner after replying to my review

  Just got done with my oil change, definitely worth a 5 ⭐️ review! Often I’ll do my own work, occasionally Midas around the corner when I have my schedule worked out, but when I need an oil change at an odd time with no appointment after work this is now my go-to place. I was using a competitor nearby but definitely happier at GCOC, no sales tactics, no gimmicky extras, just straight to it. Also the oil is mostly extracted in front of you so you can have a look at the colour/volume and know for yourself that it wasn’t burnt, old, low or past due so there’s no tricks used to push you into getting an engine or oil treatment lol! The price was realistic, considering I use synthetic it was about $112 after a coupon I found on the website, yes you can do it yourself for the price of the filter, the oil, the consumables and a little bit of your time but if you can afford it, it’s nice not to have to jack up your car in the cold or snow while it’s covered in slush and dripping on your face. They only do what’s necessary, extra is politely offered when applicable but not pushed. Definitely appreciate not having to put my guard up. Also I know the above sounds like a bot or an ai review but I’m not, I didn’t use any “—‘s lol!

  Normally I love this place, they do a great job changing my oil. I decided I would stop in to have my tires changed as well. My summer tires have hub centric rings - I informed the brunette lady with glasses that my wheels have them and that they get stuck on sometimes. She proceeds to tell me “ya no problem, we know all about that”. She also states that it will be an hour and a half wait. 3 hours later they finally get to my vehicle and they proceed to take the tires off and “attempt” to take the rings off. They proceed to tell me that it is seized on and they don’t have the tools to take it off nor the time as there are other cars waiting and they have to get them “in and out”. They had no regard for my time that I had spent nor did they even try to take them off. I went home and changed my tires myself and took the ring off with a hammer and a chisel in less than 2 minutes. I hope you have more than 2 minutes to spare for your next customer; it won’t be me.
