I had to take my truck in for repairs and needed a rental vehicle so I could get to work. I contacted the orillia office directly so I could be sure they had a vehicle for me. They assured me they did and made the reservation. I received confirmation by email, so I arranged for a friend to drive me there to pick up the rental. I got a call 5 minutes before I was scheduled to pick it up, they didn't have the AWD vehicle I had booked, in fact, they didn't have any vehicles they could rent me. I get it, sometimes the car they expect to come back doesn't show up, but I would suggest that before you rent it to someone else, you'd better confirm that it is being returned on time. This isn't the first time this has happened to me with enterprise, I wish there was more local competition. Joel Barden A quick update... I received a stock reply, asking me to contact Enterprise to relay my experience at the Orillia location. If you sort the reviews for this business and look at all the 1 star reviews you'll see lots of similar reviews and the same useless response from this business. I would suggest that they are quite happy with the way they do business and don't care about their customer's poor experiences. Beware if you try to rent a car here, you will end up walking home...

Only rating 4 stars instead of 5, as winter tires should be the standard on all vehicles rented in the winter. No fault of the staff, but anything less is dangerous. Enterprise- put winter tires on all your vehicles in the winter and keep your clients and their families safe!
