  I had to wait over a hour to get a car. They had to clean the car and even after they supposedly cleaned it, it was still given to me unclean and this was after they tried to give me another vehicle that was unclean. Giving people dirty cars is not ok. In addition, they gave me the car at a quarter tank of gas. The CSR pointed this out to me and said she would document this, but she did not and they charged me for refuel when I returned it at the level they gave it to me at. When I tried to call them to correct this, they would answer the call and disconnect it as soon as they answered the call. This location completely LACKS professionalism.

  Provided me a car with unusable windshield wipers and outdated software (I was not able to use the GPS and was forced to pull over to re-start the system). Also, good luck trying to get a hold of them. Was told to call - tried calling, no answer. Was then told to email the Manager, Josh, tried doing that, and also ignored. Was told that I'd be getting an EV by a customer service rep from Enterprise, and what was dropped off to me was a gas car so basically during my car repair, I was paying double the insurance of a gas car, filling up the nearly $2.00/L gas for my long commute, and unable to communicate any of this because they are constantly short staffed that they don't maintain the cars properly nor care about customer service. I've had good experience at other enterprise locations, but this one was either so poorly run or just negligence. I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere unless you want a problematic vehicle in the rental process.

  Scammers charged me for smoking fee as a non smoker never smoked in the truck only outside the truck i don’t even smoke in my own truck let alone a rental Scammers And don’t bother replying with you AI copy nd paste computer generated fake apologies Enterprise is a joke and doesn’t care about its customers Same crap just like the location that used to be at Trafalgar and QEW

  I have preferred to use Enterprise for many years. However, most recently I have a renewed appreciation of their incredible customer service and satisfaction. The staff is alway amazing and helpful. The cars are always in good condition.
