  We recently rented from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Speers Road location ahead of our wedding weekend, as we specifically needed a vehicle with additional trunk space. Based on this, we reserved an Elite Standard SUV. Upon arrival, I was provided with a Mercedes GLA. Edosa (?), the associate assisting me, was transparent and apologetic in explaining that this was the only available option in that category at the time. While it wasn’t exactly what we had in mind, I appreciated the communication and confirmed that the vehicle would still work for our needs. However, shortly after leaving the lot, I noticed the vehicle was not in ideal condition—it was visibly unclean and had a faint odour. Given the importance of the weekend, I immediately contacted the Speers location to flag the issue. Edosa responded right away and took full ownership of the situation. He proactively reached out to other locations to source a replacement vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. As soon as an alternative became available, he arranged an upgraded vehicle for us. What stood out most was his level of care and professionalism. He was genuinely apologetic and made a point to acknowledge the significance of the weekend, reassuring me that this should not be an added stress. His ability to act quickly, communicate clearly, and prioritize the customer experience truly made a difference. Edosa is a great example of exceptional customer service, and his efforts turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

  Took my deposit and will not return my $300. Manager making up lies and excuses not to return my $300 deposit. I phoned head office and I am just getting the run around about the situation. Stay clear from this location!

  I had a great experience with this rental from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Alex was especially helpful, friendly, professional, and made sure everything was clearly explained before I drove off. You can tell they genuinely care about providing good service. I also interacted with Edosa, Ibrahim, and Youssef. Everyone I dealt with was patient, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I was expecting. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the service and would definitely rent from here again. Highly recommend this team!

  I needed a rental vehicle urgently for a couple of days & walked into this location without an appointment or reservation. The Store Manager, Adosa was a pleasure to work with. He arranged a vehicle for me right away. And when I returned the car, he went out of his way to drive me to where my my vehicle was parked. I'll be sure to return to this location in the future.
