    The lady at the front desk was sweet both at pickup and dropoff. Thomas gave us a ride back and he was super cool. Wished you guys had few car seats. Thanks for having cars on short notice

    This is a tale of two experiences in two familiar places, Budds and Enterprise As a loyal Enterprise member and Budds customer for 20 years, my first impression of this location was, unfortunately, that customer service was nonexistent. Upon arrival, the sole counter attendant was eating at a nearby desk, seemingly preoccupied with her cellphone. When she finally approached the counter—still chewing her cud—her only explanation for the long wait was that she was having trouble with her phone. Given my ten years of experience teaching international students, this level of unprofessionalism was familiar, yet deeply disappointing. When I remarked that this was not the standard of service I have come to expect from Budds or Enterprise, the situation escalated. She threw my driver’s license back at me and retreated into a nearby room, stating she would not serve me and that I should take my business elsewhere. Just as I was prepared to leave, Jessica Lai appeared. With a genuine smile and a professional demeanor, she turned the entire experience around. Jessica was proficient, caring, and a true professional. She truly made my day, especially since this vehicle was for a family reunion a decade in the making. My positive experience continued during a second visit with my family from Australia. Alexandra Kekich greeted us immediately and was kind enough to ask my guests about their trip to Canada. My family was so impressed that they noted it is people like Alexandra who make their visit to this country so special. Even upon returning the vehicle in Windsor, Ontario, the service remained top-tier. Thank you, Budds and Enterprise, for having staff like Jessica and Alexandra to uphold your reputation. I look forward to returning soon.

    I am utterly disappointed about the behaviour of the Manager of this Branch, whose attitude has been consistently dismissive and entirely lacking in empathy or customer-focused leadership. I made a reservation for a Black BMW 5 series via phone, provided every necessary personal detail, got the picture snd license plate and then drove over 90 km for pickup, only to arrive and discover that the vehicle had been reassigned without so much as an apology or an acknowledgement. The complete absence of accountability from the Manager was not only disappointing, it was blatantly unprofessional and his conduct reflects a fundamental misunderstanding of what customer service is supposed to be. Frankly, it would greatly benefit his career to receive serious training on how to treat customers with respect, because managing a branch requires far more than simply handing out keys. I will stay away from this branch going forward. The sensible manager who should be running this branch is Jessica and not Josh.
