  I was referred by my insurance provider (The Co-operators) for a replacement vehicle. I was previously informed that I would not need a credit card and that any charges would be minimal. However, upon arrival at Enterprise, I was required to provide a credit card and a $300 deposit hold was placed. I understand that security deposits may be standard policy, but clearer communication between the insurance company and the rental provider would have avoided confusion and unnecessary stress. The staff at Enterprise were professional, but transparency upfront is very important for customers in these situations.

  Customer service was great. They provided quick turnaround around to get me into a car even though it was busy. The vehicle was very clean and odour free which is nice especially when dealing with rental cars. Will return if I need a rental in the future.

  Great experience. I'm very happy with all the employees, I don't remember all the names but I remember Joshua, Alessandra and Jessica. Everyone is good, serious and very kind. I've never been disappointed and I rent my car every week. Thank you so much Giuseppe

  In the past few days, I have rented two separate vehicles on two separate dates to travel to Huntsville and back to be by my sister’s bedside as she slipped away from cancer Joshua Perez was beyond Helpful, professional, thorough, but most of all compassionate! In a highly emotional state, he handled everything with kindness and compassion. In a world where customer service is more important than ever this was one of the most Exceptional customer service from one of your employees👏👏 Thank you for making this process seamless during a very difficult time

  I understand that customer service in Canada is not always perfect, but my recent experience with Enterprise at 2071 S Service Rd W, Oakville, ON, genuinely surprised me — and not in a good way. Two days before my rental date, I drove to the branch in person rather than booking online. I wanted to make sure everything was clearly arranged. I explained that I needed an all-wheel drive vehicle with winter tires. I was assured that such a vehicle was available and that I could pick it up on Thursday morning without any issues. When I arrived on Thursday, however, I was told that no such vehicle was available. Instead, I was offered a car with winter tires but not all-wheel drive, and with a small trunk that completely did not meet my needs. I was simply told that the requested vehicle was not available — no apology, no attempt to meaningfully resolve the situation. What made the experience worse was the attitude. The representatives were extremely arrogant and dismissive. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This situation disrupted multiple plans. I had to call my wife to come pick me up. She had already gone home and had to return just to get me, and we ended up using our own car instead. While I was waiting outside, a representative suddenly came out and said, “Do you still need the car or not?” — without greeting, without apology, without professionalism. He pointed to a dirty vehicle that was not what we had agreed on and presented it as if it were a favor. At that point, I declined and simply asked to cancel the reservation. I would not recommend dealing with this particular branch. Extremely disappointing experience.
