  Went to oil changers for a coolant flush, which was told by Shiva, they did not do at this location. He called his asst. manger to help me. His name is Rovin Mohabir. He gave me advice on what to do, he also added some oil for me, and also power washed under the hood, (which was needed). I wanted to thank them for making my day, as they could see I was upset. Did not charge me a cent. Thank so much to them!! 901 Sheppard ave. W.

  Greedy and unprofessional. What is it with this tipping culture nonsense? $100 for an oil change isn't enough, you gotta set the debit machines to a preset minimum 10% tip that you can't change? Why do I have to tip you to do your JOB? On top of trying to upsell me for every stupid thing I don't need. This place was awesome when it was a Mr Lube. Now it's just a prime example of entitled corporate GREED with shitty emoyees. Do yourself a favor find the nice mom and pop garage and get your oil changed there. This greedy tipping culture needs to end. People want SERVICE, not some bullshit guilt trip.

  Always great service! Steve is awesome — he quickly identified a squeak coming from under the hood, applied a quick grease, and it was completely fixed. Super knowledgeable and friendly. I can't recommend this location and Steve enough to everyone I know. Highly recommend!

  Came here today because the other location wasn't open on time. Service was fantastic. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They had multiple people working at the same time which made this a very speedy service. The coupon that I had was not honored at this location, but that was stated in coupon that only on participating locations. One of the managers there just gave me a bit of a discount which was fantastic. Will definitely be returning to this location for any of my services in the future.

  I recently moved to the area and realized i was due for an oil change. What began as a convenient location quickly became my first stop for anything car related honestly. Rovin and Nicole are gems that go above and beyond the standard of care for car owners and they, including the rest of the staff ive had the pleasure of meeting in my time there, set this place apart from its competitors in the area 10/10 - anyone need an oil change or have a question about your vehicle - this is where i start and this is where you should go.
