    This branch canceled our reservation 20 minutes prior to the pick up time and hung up on my partner. The person we spoke identified himself as the manager, but he wasn't able to provide his name when we asked.

    Hope google introduce 0 star or -ve ratings 🙏 I have been renting cars from last more than 3 years and I am a platinum member. I never had an issue with the pickup but recently new staff is showing unnecessary attitude for no reason. I was told that no cars were available coz I went around 1.5hrs late for the pickup, although there were several cars but was told if I can wait till 12 and if any car left they will rent that to me :) Although I checked the policy to see as i am renting from last 3+ years and haven't come across such situation. Quick prompt: Can we inquire about the possibility of a later car pickup from Enterprise rental? Specifically, is there a policy stipulating that vehicles cannot be provided if the pickup occurs more than one hour past the original booking time? Response: 🚗 Enterprise Late Pickup Policy Overview Enterprise does not have a strict "one-hour rule" that automatically cancels your reservation if you're more than an hour late. Here's how it actually works: Key Points to Know No late pickup fee — Enterprise does not charge extra just for picking up late. The branch's closing time matters most — If you arrive after the branch closes and no after-hours pickup is available, you'll have to wait until the next business day. Airport locations are more flexible — Many offer 24/7 or extended hours, so late pickups are easier there. Best practice: Call ahead 📞 — If you know you'll be late, contact the specific branch. They can often: Extend the hold on your car Arrange after-hours pickup (lockbox, pre-signed contract, etc.) Adjust your reservation time online or by phone What About the "One Hour" Rule? There's no official Enterprise policy stating that vehicles cannot be provided if pickup is more than one hour late. Special thanks to Mr. Soham for the unnecessary attitude and specially Ms. Malaika as I was surprised as she knows I have been renting from this location from several years, I don't know where did they learn about the new policy just today and that too after I told them that I have some urgent work.

    The reservation was cancelled after getting the confirmation. The person I spoke said that he was the manager and did not provide any alternative solution. When I asked the full name he hung up on me. This branch hired employee who can’t provide his full name like what scammers do. Very terrible service. Use the Young and Bloor branch or other rental car company. They provide much better customer service. This branch is a scammer.

    I had a really bad experience at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I came in just to rent a car, but the manager started asking for a bunch of documentation like I was trying to finance or buy a vehicle, not rent one. I’ve rented before and never had to go through anything like this. It felt unnecessary and honestly made the whole situation uncomfortable. The way I was treated didn’t feel right, and the manager’s attitude was unprofessional. If there are specific requirements, they should be clearly explained and applied consistently to everyone. This experience made me feel singled out and unwelcome. Wouldn’t recommend this location based on how I was treated.

    I reiterate the sentiments shared by other people. This location is poorly run, out of p4 in a shanty-looking office. I had booked a premium elite SUV, and after taking time-off work travelling for an hour after calls from Soham about picking up car early, I find out this location does not carry premium brands and has no full-size SUVs available either since I was ready to settle. (No such communication provided over the phone and Enterprise booking system is to be blamed here as well) Soham is unprofessional, not pleasant to talk to and not customer-oriented. This is a very poor experience from Enterprise. I shall update this post if I am left without a car in the next few days. Side note about Arpit being helpful and trying his best but being powerless in this situation. ERAC needs to look into this! Update: i supposedly got a call from Enterprise Head office from a guy named John K after this review was published. John acted with prejudice and his tone was accusatory blaming me of misrepresenting facts. His demeanor was unhelpful and he was acting in defense of Soham and his team. (Reiterating Arpit was good to me and situation was out of his control) John almost did not have customer service experience and wasn’t interested in finding me a car. It is so funny that all reviews mention issues with this location and with some specific individuals but that wasn’t addressed. Enterprise you need to act better. I haven’t had bad experience apart from this. My review stands. Wish i could go to 0 stars.
