  Extremely disappointed with this Enterprise location. I rented a Mazda 3 on Jan 23, 2026, and later returned it to switch into an Audi Q5. We accidentally left brand new Mercedes spark plugs in the Mazda’s glove compartment. Normally, rental cars are inspected and cleaned before being reassigned, so this should have been caught. No one mentioned anything when we returned the car, and it was rented out again to another customer (as we were waiting for the Audi, another customer was given the keys to the Mazda we returned). When my mom called the next day, the response was dismissive—no effort to check or help, just “I don’t know.” My dad even went in person and got the same lack of professionalism. It’s frustrating because the same employee handled both pickup and return, so there was a clear opportunity to catch this. Very careless experience. Double-check your belongings before returning a vehicle here.. don’t expect help getting anything back.
