I’ve been a long-time Enterprise customer and have never been treated this poorly. The representative, Soham, was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Despite having a reservation made well in advance, I was offered a dirty, foul-smelling vehicle, followed by another option that did not meet my needs. When I inquired about other vehicles on the lot and even offered to pay extra for an upgrade, I was told they were “not available,” with no explanation. While I was present with a valid reservation and my card already charged, Soham cancelled my booking, claiming the store was closed and falsely stating that I had requested the cancellation. I was left without a vehicle and forced to cancel my plans. This behavior was unprofessional and misleading. In contrast, Malaika and Arpit have consistently been polite and extremely helpful, and are the reason I usually rent from this location. I hope Enterprise recognizes how one poor experience can seriously impact customer trust.

I booked a car in advance at the Billy bishop location and on the day I was told I could not book it with debit. It was December 24 and I was walking Toronto with gifts and my stuff in hand. I hadn’t seen my parents in a year and really thought Christmas was over. I went to the North York location and was told they were overbooked. Then I went to the Vaughan location and same thing. By then I had given up and was just ready to go home with the gifts on hand. Last minute miracle, the North York location called me to let me know they had a car for me. Not only was able to see my parents but also I was able to share Christmas with them.

The guy at the front is very condescending and has all sorts of requirements to pick up a car, that's not even listed in writing. Have rented from other Enterprise places before without any issues. Don't rely on getting a car from this place.
