  We unfortunately had an unprofessional conversation with an individual. We were calling about removing an extra driver for our reservation (which was placed at another location). The conversation ended up with the enterprise employee cutting the call and hanging up on me with no help. I contacted the corporate number for enterprise and they were able to assist me. I also filed a complaint. Be wary when renting from here. Unprofessional.

  Car was not ready at time of reservation; I had to wait 15 minutes (and office is underground so there is no service to tell others you will be late). I needed an extra driver for the first day of my rental - added the driver after the rental started and wasn't warned about the cost or charged at the time (I mistakenly thought it was included) - got charged $10/day +HST for full duration of rental at the end. I called the manager - they said there was nothing they could do and implied I was lying about not knowing there would be a fee. Snow tire fee of $20/day + HST was not a surprise, but should be illegal during the winter. That said, the location is very TTC-convenient and they had a car with snow tires in stock.

  I've been renting cars for many years. A Pro so-to-speak lol. This location is like a bad relationship. You stay away long enough and you forget JUST how bad it really is. The staff leave callers on hold for an hour average and then hang up. I did that 3 times last week when I REALLY needed a ride to get my rental. I had lots of heavy bags and getting in and out of an Uber and getting to the dungeon where the rental kiosk is was a pain in the you-know-what. Like in other reviews, I agree staff are dismissive and could not care less about customer service. The location has no key drop and no storefront location. You have to visit them on P4 (where there's no internet or cell sevice) and wait in a wet and dirty garage with 10 other people all waiting to be processed. Did you get an email to check in online? Don't bother. It doesn’t give you priority and was not faster than usual. I returned the car and had to find out the hard way that one of the garage entrances was closed. So unprofessional, the location has no problem texting and emailing me reminders, why not a courtesy text about the closed garage access? Put a fork in me, I'm done with this location.
