Upon visiting the office Ali explained that the Damage Waiver was a mandatory add on if I am traveling long distances, if I was not covered by any other insurance. I ended up taking the DW and Road side Assistance. After the back and forth in questioning and clarifying process, the handing over of the vehicle and returning was smooth and the holds were released promptly. The Chevy Trailblazer (2022) was an amazing vehicle, and once again thanks to Ali. I will consider their services in the near future again.
