  Stay away from this scammer company,my truck was broken and dealer sent me here to get another truck,basically I didn’t need any insurance for the truck I’m renting as I called to broker and he said automatically insurance comes from my truck to this truck. I should not pay anything for the track ended up,they charge me over $700. I would not recommend this place where scammers working.

So these are my summary of unethical Events: 1. Deceptive Vehicle Swap: The company contacted me, insisting I return my current rental car. They implied I would be switched to a comparable or "nice" vehicle. In reality, I was given a significantly older and inferior model—a clear downgrade. I later discovered the true reason for the swap: they needed my original car for another customer. This crucial information was withheld to secure my compliance. 2. Fraudulent Rate Increase: During this forced exchange, I was required to sign new paperwork. At no point was I informed that the new contract featured a higher daily rate. The change was deliberately concealed. I only uncovered the overcharge weeks later, after my insurance company investigated why my rental allowance was exhausted. They confirmed the company had charged me a rate higher than our pre-negotiated agreement. 3. Unprofessional Conduct: The manager's approach was fundamentally dishonest, and the sales representative was unhelpful and rude. The entire process was designed to mislead and exploit a customer who was attempting to be cooperative. My final advice: - Be highly skeptical of any mid-rental request to switch vehicles. Get all promises (model, condition, rate) in writing before agreeing. - Never sign revised paperwork without a line-by-line comparison to your original contract. Assume any change is to their benefit, not yours. - Document all calls and save all communications. Polite compliance, as I showed, was met with exploitation. Conclusion: This company employs deception to manipulate customers and hide unauthorized charges. They eroded all trust and added significant stress to an already inconvenient situation. I advise anyone considering their services to choose a more transparent and ethical competitor. A reputable business does not treat its customers with such disregard.
