  I genuinely don’t know how to express my recent frustration with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. On February 21st, I contacted the 24/7 customer service line after the check engine light came on while I was renting one of your vehicles. I was assured that I would be able to exchange the car at this location for today. However, when I arrived, I was informed that there was no reservation under my name. I was also told this counted as my second exchange and that after a fourth exchange, I would no longer be permitted to do so. To clarify, the first exchange occurred because I was contacted and informed that the original vehicle required maintenance. This second exchange was for the exact same reason — a mechanical issue indicated by the check engine light. At no point were these exchanges due to any fault of my own. Being treated as though I was responsible, and being met with a lack of empathy regarding the time I lost due to internal miscommunication, was extremely disappointing. I relied on the information provided by your 24/7 line and arrived expecting a smooth resolution, only to be turned away because of circumstances beyond my control. I hope this matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately, as this experience has significantly impacted my trust in your service.

  Had a great experance. Upon a last minute request to move my pick up earlier they adjusted and picked me up from the auto body shop as requested. Check is was smooth and easy even though there was several people all there at the same time, they kept it moving. The best was the ability to drop the car off at the auto body shop and they would pick it up later. Saved me all the time.

  I was there earlier than scheduled, the staff was very friendly but would have preferred they offer an alternative since the car they plan to give wasn’t readily available. Overall, it was ok

  Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional service. I called this location number and made a rental car reservation at this location on Jan 27 around 10am and was clearly promised a 10:00 AM pickup from a nearby auto repair store on Jan 28. When I called this morning, a female employee told me they could not find my reservation at all and that they would not be picking me up as agreed time. No explanation, no solution, no apology. Because of their incompetence, I had to urgently ask a friend to drive me to the rental location, and I ended up being several hours late for work. This caused serious inconvenience and stress that could have been completely avoided. Very bad experience with enterprise. If management is reading this, I strongly suggest reviewing the call recordings to determine whether the reservation was entered incorrectly by staff. This appears to be an internal error that the customer was forced to pay for. The first reservation calling was happened on Jan 27 around 10am.
