I have never had an experience like this with Enterprise before—Enterprise has always been a benchmark for world-class customer service for me—but this visit was deeply disappointing and humiliating. I was forced to go back and forth nearly four times just to complete a simple rental transaction. Both the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager behaved in a manipulative and unhelpful manner, which was the primary reason for the unnecessary delays and frustration. I am leaving this feedback specifically because of their conduct. To make matters worse, the vehicle provided was dirty, despite my explicit request to be considerate as I was placing my infant in the car. Inside the vehicle, I found used surgical masks and other debris, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and basic customer care. This experience falls far below Enterprise’s usual standards, and I strongly hope this location’s management practices are reviewed.

Today, my confirmed booking was cancelled at the counter because an employee said they can not rent to me since I don’t have an Ontario drivers licence — which makes no sense. I was left without a car and unable to get to work, with no solution offered. Even my workplace didn’t believe this explanation because it sounds so unreasonable.
