I had been in an accident on the 401 around noon, and after spending several hours at the Collision Reporting Center, I had to figure out a ride. Insurance company sent me here, but there was apparently an issue with the account associated with my license, the gentleman had called me to let me know that and got me directed to where I can sort it out. Got to the location about half hour before closing, and the same gentleman who called had me in a truck (the only one they still had btw) in literally 5 minutes. Getting in and out of the rental location so quickly was honestly so relieving after the day that I was having, the professionalism and unspoken understanding that I just needed to "Go" was phenomenal and I appreciate everything about this flawless experience. Many Thanks!!!
