The towing company recommended several repair shops, including Under the Hood Automotive, and we’re very glad they did. Within minutes of arriving, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and had her safely back on the road in about two hours. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was truly outstanding. It’s reassuring to know that honest and trustworthy repair shops like Under the Hood Automotive still exist. We’re very grateful for the fast and professional service. Thank you again for taking such good care of her!

As someone who doesn’t know that much about cars- just the bare minimum, going to shops can be stressful because some places will exploit your ignorance and rip you off. Not these guys! Adrian always goes out of his way to thoroughly explain the issue, even goes as far as putting aside faulty parts to provide a visual explanation. This isn’t something I’ve experienced at other shops in the past and it is so reassuring. I feel at ease bringing my vehicle there. Receptionist is also extremely friendly! All around an awesome shop.
- EEEliFeb 10, 20265.0My car wouldn’t turn on and flickering when trying to turn on, had to jumpstart my car with help from my friend. I called this store, Janet spoke to me and helped me out. She was very sweet and pleasant. Adrienne was the mechanic that did my car, he was pretty fast and finish my car within 2 hrs. I had my battery changed, spark plugs, and brake fluids. My car is working fine now, no current issues! Highly recommended and would come back.
