  I was covered for a rental through my insurance on Feb 9 and returned the vehicle on Feb 12th when I accidently left a $200 pair of new running shoes in the back seat. Upon discovering I had left them in the rental I made repeated enquiries to the assistant manager asking for my shoes to be returned. Apparently the guy responsible for cleaning my rental was let go but I was still given no answers about my shoes. I emailed the manager and again no response. I am very disappointed in Enterprise.

  Great experience. Friendly helpful staff. They made me feel comfortable when they picked me up. The young man was very pleasant and went through all the information to insure a smooth transition. Thanks Enterprise!
