However the manager (forgive me I forget his name) assisted and accommodated my request as best as he could. I really appreciated his attention to my request- I was driving HWY 11 in a snow squall so it was a top priority. Waited an hour but got a clean and safe vehicle and I was on my way. Returned in a snow squall also- so that one hour of patience was worth it all. I've never had issues with this particular location and will be gladly returning. Prompt, friendly service.
