This caused me extreme stress and inconvenience, especially because I had a flight scheduled and needed reliable transportation. There was no proper explanation, no alternative solution, and no responsibility taken for their mistake. A company this large should not treat customers this way. I am very disappointed with their service and will not be booking with Enterprise again. I hope they improve their reliability and customer support so others don’t face the same issue.
