  Terrible service. They do not service their advertised hours, they never have your rental ready when you have reserved it. Ghost town.

  We called to reserve a vehicle and were told it was available. We were also given a specific time for pick-up. However, when we arrived at the location, there was no one there to assist us. I called to find out what was going on and was told that employees are only present when a plane arrives. This left me wondering why we were scheduled for a pick-up time when no staff would be on-site. To make matters worse, I was then told that there were no vehicles available. If that’s the case, why was our reservation accepted in the first place? I was told the issue was due to booking through the call center, which apparently doesn’t have accurate, up-to-date information about availability. Unfortunately, this has put us in a difficult situation. It’s frustrating to be given false assurances and to arrive expecting service that isn’t there.

  Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The selection of vehicles isn’t abundant, but enough for you to choose from. It’s easy to park outside and go into the airport building where their desk is located. I am satisfied with their service and would use it again.
