- MWMarnie WAug 12, 20251.0We called to reserve a vehicle and were told it was available. We were also given a specific time for pick-up. However, when we arrived at the location, there was no one there to assist us. I called to find out what was going on and was told that employees are only present when a plane arrives. This left me wondering why we were scheduled for a pick-up time when no staff would be on-site. To make matters worse, I was then told that there were no vehicles available. If that’s the case, why was our reservation accepted in the first place? I was told the issue was due to booking through the call center, which apparently doesn’t have accurate, up-to-date information about availability. Unfortunately, this has put us in a difficult situation. It’s frustrating to be given false assurances and to arrive expecting service that isn’t there.
