My vehicle was deemed a write-off, and the insurance company arranged a rental through Enterprise. I was advised that a vehicle would be available today and received a call at 11:00 a.m. confirming that it was ready for pickup. However, upon arriving at the location—during my work hours—I was made to wait nearly an hour. The vehicle that was supposed to be ready was being used to drop off another customer, and then, just as it was returned, it was sent out again to transport someone else. As a result, I remained waiting far longer than reasonable, despite being told the vehicle was ready. After an already stressful accident, this experience has added unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. I would appreciate it if this issue could be reviewed, and if steps could be taken to prevent this from happening again.

Pros The customer service was excellent and the employee was able to provide me with the right information. Cons The reason I couldn't rent a car is because they do not provide child seat. This is the first time I am hearing this from a car rental. There was no option to select the child seat on the website. Since it is an add-on, I thought, I could get it from the pickup location. I didn't really know that there will be such type of rentals where they do not provide child seats until they said. So I had to walk away to rent a car from the nearest rental even though their reviews were so bad. I believe these things are really important for a rental.
