  Was in an accident and my insurance asked me to choose between a few different shops that they work with. I chose this one because they were close to my house and the reviews were great. They are true, these guys are awesome! They’re also all very kind and professional as well. I appreciate that they were able to answer any questions I had and they provided frequent updates. I just picked up my car and the work they did was amazing. Looks and feels just like new!

  I made a visit for a body damage quote and was told by Assured it would be emailed the next day. 3 days after I called on the delay and the “blamed” my junk email and sent the exorbitant quote 10 minimum later AND it was not a forwarded email. They didn’t want my business so I went elsewhere for half the price.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Assured Collision Centre on St. Lawrence Ave. in Niagara Falls. From start to finish, their service was not only professional but also incredibly thoughtful and efficient. The repair was completed in a very timely manner, which I truly appreciated. In a time when you often expect delays, they exceeded expectations and had my car ready even sooner than I anticipated. What impressed me just as much as the speed of their work was the exceptional customer service. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and clearly committed to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. When I picked up my vehicle, I was amazed; it was the cleanest it has ever been. They went above and beyond by detailing the car inside and out, which was a very welcome surprise. Additionally, I had a personal request to have the dealership signage removed from the vehicle, something that’s not typically part of a standard repair and they took care of it without hesitation. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to accommodate a small but meaningful request speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their quote was very fair, and there were no surprises along the way. In an industry where trust is so important, I felt completely at ease working with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Assured to anyone needing collision repair. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a seamless and even enjoyable one.
