  Chris at Smart Start provided excellent service from start to finish. I went with my friend to support her during the appointment, and Chris was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful throughout the whole process. He made everything feel comfortable and handled everything very efficiently. He also took the time to answer questions and explain things clearly.   I have never dealt with such a bad company. They scam you into this “free installation” I called before my apt to make sure it was actually free and was told it was, show up to get it installed and was told it was not . They are quick to accuse you of violation and add a lock to your system, for one I don’t drink and haven’t for 1 year and still have to pay out of my own pocket after a calibration, I have been stranded at the side of the road reading “missed test” when I’m blowing into the machine and they are quick to blame you rather than the interlock. They work against you not with you and they are more expensive than the other company. If you’re reading this don’t go with them they are awful!

  I just wanted to leave my experience here for someone to read that isn't a negative response. I have been dealing with the same people for over a year now and they are nothing but polite and respectful. I see them once a month, and not once have I gotten attitude or experienced any negative behaviors from the tech people. I've seen a lot of customers go in and give them an attitude and the tech respond respectfully back, as well. They are professional and always helpful. Recommend.

  Very impolite personnel. The manager will do anything in his power to make you angry and cause you trouble. I suggest the residents of Aurora and new market to drive a little more and use the center next town. You normally are facing enough headaches when dealing with you DUI conviction and dealing with these abusive persons is the last thing you want when you start your day.

  Have had to reset my device because they didn’t reset my service period. I got locked out due to their error and still had to pay $85. I ate pizza, blew and failed, blew again, passed- another $85. I was told I could get a refund for the first reset and the money would come off my second appointment. ( they never took the money off) I asked them why and they said they had no knowledge of a refund. Criminals. Device will not work in cold. Please bring inside, but wait till the 2:00 restart timer ends because sometimes they sneak an extra blow in during that countdown.
