  Everything went well. My only issue is the lack of information available online when booking regarding the $300 deposit. Otherwise, everything worked out perfectly fine.

  I rented a car 15 days ago. After return the car They told me my $100 deposit would be returned within 24 hours. I've called five times asking about my deposit, and they keep saying they'll send it and it will arrive in 24 hours. All five times they've told me the same thing, and I haven't received my deposit. I absolutely do not recommend this car rental company. They are very irresponsible. I returned the car in perfect condition, even with more gas than they requested, and they've still been very irresponsible. I will continue waiting for my deposit and will try calling again to see if I can get it back. This shouldn't happen. It's not about the money; it's about their actions. They are supposed to be a large, reliable company. This shouldn't happen. Be very careful; this company is not trustworthy

  Staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Location appears to be very busy but all staff work very hard to provide customers with the services they need

  Love dealing with the staff at the Newmarket location. They are always friendly , helpful and down right awesome. I look forward to renting a vehicle again. The vehicles are always clean and look good.
